Print a PDF ticket bundle

Issue several tickets at once in a PDF to print, typically for a company, a works council or an event.

A PDF ticket bundle groups several tickets, each with its own QR code, in a document to print or send. It is the format for sales to businesses: 20 tickets for a seminar, 50 for a works council.

PDF ticket bundle or booklet?

The PDF ticket bundle contains several separate QR codes, one per ticket. The booklet sold on the booking page is a single QR code with several uses. See Sell a booklet.

Issue the bundle

Open QR Codes, Ticket bundles tab, then click Create ticket: the PDF ticket bundle format is already chosen.

Choose the Client type and the Product. Each ticket in the bundle carries the credit of this product: a "30 min session" product gives tickets for one 30-minute session.

Enter the Company name (or the username for an individual) and the Email that will receive the bundle.

Enter the Number of tickets and the number of Tickets per page (from 1 to 5, 4 by default). The total is shown below.

Click Generate.

Result

The bundle appears in Ticket bundles. The recipient receives the email "Your ticket bundle", with a Download bundle (PDF) button. You can also open it from the PDF column of the list, Download PDF icon.

Each printed ticket carries your logo, its QR code, the session duration, the simulator type, the number of uses and the end-of-validity date, as well as the centers where it is valid.

Good to know

  • Allowed formats. In Settings › Booking, Allowed ticket formats block:

    • PDF ticket bundles for individual customers allows you to issue a PDF ticket bundle for an individual;
    • Single ticket for businesses allows you to issue a single ticket for a company.

Both are off by default. A format that is not allowed appears grayed out in the window.

  • Each ticket is independent: it also appears in the Tickets tab, with its own uses, and can be disabled on its own.

  • Missing PDF. If creating the PDF failed, the Regenerate PDF icon appears in the PDF column. It rebuilds the same document (same tickets, same layout, original number of uses), without issuing new tickets. The email is only sent again if the recipient had never received it.
