View sessions
Find out who played, on which simulator, for how long, and export the session history of your centers.
The Sessions page lists each visit of a player to a simulator: the scan of their QR code, the race, its duration. It is used to answer a customer ("did I really drive yesterday?"), to check a simulator's activity, or to export the history.
Find a session
Open the list
Open Sessions, in the Activity group of the sidebar. The sessions of the selected centers are shown, most recent first, grouped by day.

Read the row
The ▸ arrow at the end of the row shows the session's details.

Result
The list only shows the sessions that match your filters. The counters at the top, Sessions, Total time and Average time, are recalculated on the same selection. Ongoing counts the sessions open right now.
Export sessions
Click CSV. The sessions.csv file uses exactly the filters displayed,
search included, and contains all the matching rows, not just the page
displayed.
Good to know
- A session with no track and no duration is a scan without a race: the QR code was presented, but no race started.
- A session with a track but no duration is a race whose end the simulator did not send. No use was deducted from the QR code for this visit.
- A session stays "Ongoing" for five minutes at most after the simulator's last signal. Beyond that, it is considered finished, even if the simulator was unplugged in the middle of a race.
- From the Laps page, a lap's session number opens this page filtered on that session only.
Troubleshooting
