Read the dashboard
Follow on one screen the revenue, attendance, simulator occupancy and bookings of your centers over the period of your choice.
The Dashboard brings together on one page the revenue, the attendance and the status of the simulators of the selected centers. It is the screen to open every day to know how your center is doing.
Choose the period
Open the dashboard
Click Dashboard, at the top of the Operations group of the sidebar. Below the title, NEXUS recalls the centers taken into account (All centers · 3, for example).
Choose the range
Click Today, 7 D, 30 D or Month (the current month, chosen when the page opens), or enter your own start and end dates. 7 D covers seven days, today included; 30 D, thirty.

All the blocks are recalculated on the chosen period, except occupancy, the paddock and the active challenges, which describe the present moment. Days are the center's days: from midnight to midnight, in its Time zone. With several centers in different time zones, the first one's time is used, as shown on screen: "Dates in … time". The SYNC pill gives the time of the last update: the page refreshes on its own every minute.
Read the blocks
Revenue
The large figure, Gross revenue, is the total paid by your customers over the period, promo codes already deducted, in your account's currency. The ledger below details NET (the gross revenue minus fees and refunds), FEES (the Stripe fees taken on payments), INCL. PROMOTIONS and REFUNDED (amount and number of cases).
INCL. PROMOTIONS shows, for information, what your promo codes cost: these discounts are already deducted from the gross revenue, the NET does not subtract them a second time.
Indicators
| Indicator | What it counts |

| Sessions | The sessions played over the period (with a duration greater than zero, dated by their start), and the number of unique drivers. A scan without a race does not count. |
| Unique clients | The distinct customers of the QR codes issued over the period. |
| Transactions | The successful payments over the period, and the average amount per ticket. |
| Occupancy | The share of your simulators that are Racing right now. |
| Active challenges | The challenges already started and not yet finished, on the center's day. A challenge scheduled for later does not appear. |
| Refunds | The number of refunds over the period, and their amount. |
On a narrow screen, Show more shows the collapsed indicators.
Paddock · Simulators
One box per simulator, colored according to its live status, with the same statuses as the Simulators page (standby, sleep, shutdown, free access and license inactive included). For the details and the commands, open Simulators. See Monitor your simulators live.
Performance · Trend
The curve for the period. Step chooses the breakdown (Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year), and Revenue or Sessions the measure displayed. Sessions counts the sessions played, not the QR codes issued. Hover over the curve to read a value.
Analytics · By dimension and Explorer
The same figures broken down by Simulator type, Client type and QR type. Choose the measure: Revenue, Sessions or Transactions. Sessions there counts the sessions played with a QR code, sorted according to that QR code: a session without a QR code (free access, unlock from NEXUS) does not appear.
Funnel · Booking
The journey of visitors to your booking page: Visits, Interactions, Submissions, Payment started, Paid. OVERALL CONV. relates payments to visits.
Activity
- Recent sessions: the last 8 sessions of the period, with the player's email address (Anonymous without email) and their duration.
- Top clients: the 10 customers who spent the most over the period.
- Active challenges: the 5 challenges that end soonest, with the days remaining. "Unplayable: the challenge content is no longer active" flags a challenge in which a car or a track has been deactivated: no more laps enter it.
On a phone, these blocks are spread over three tabs: Summary, Performance and Activity.
Good to know
- The dashboard follows the center selection in the sidebar. To compare two centers, select them one after the other.
- Amounts are in your account's currency.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Solution |

| Dashboard is missing from the sidebar | Your role does not give access to it. | Ask an administrator of the account for access. |
| "No data for this period" | No sale or session over the chosen range. | Widen the period. |
| "Partially playable: content inactive in some centers" | The challenge content is deactivated in some of its centers. | Reactivate the car or track in Content for these centers. |
