From subscription to the first session
The setup wizard, step by step, up to the first player on a simulator.
The first time you sign in, NEXUS guides you step by step to a simulator that is ready to play. You can close the tab at any time: the wizard picks up where you left off.

Continue moves to the next step, Back goes back, Skip skips an optional step.
Your subscription
On a free trial, this step is already done. With a direct subscription, check Your plan (All-inclusive), choose the Number of simulators and the Billing period, then fill in your billing details: they are required before any payment. Click Proceed to payment and pay on Stripe.
The button stays grayed out as long as the billing details are incomplete.
Your center

This step is mandatory. You can change everything later in Settings.
Payments
Click Connect Stripe to link the account that will receive your customers' payments. Once you have given authorization on Stripe, you come back to the wizard, at the next step. This step is optional here, but essential to sell online: see Connect your Stripe account.

Install IGNITION
The screen shows Your licence key. From the simulator, click Download for Windows to get the installer; otherwise, click Finish: you land on the Installation page, which offers the same download. You can finish the wizard before installing a simulator.
Install the first simulator
The Installation page (menu at the top of the sidebar) gathers what you need for each simulator. The badge at the top shows how many simulators your subscription allows.
Download IGNITION: on the simulator, click Install v… and run the installer.
License key: on first start, IGNITION shows LICENSE ACTIVATION. Paste the key copied with Copy.
If you have several centers or several equipment types, choose the ones for this simulator: ⚙ › General › SIMULATOR. See Link a simulator to a center.
Check the pairing: click Open Simulators. The simulator must appear there.
The details, including the QR code reader, are in Install IGNITION.
Run the first session
In QR Codes, click Create ticket and issue a ticket for yourself. See Issue a QR code. You need at least one product: see Sell a session.
Present the QR code received by email to the simulator's reader.
Choose a car and a track, and drive.
Result
The session appears in Sessions, and the simulator switches to racing in Simulators. When the time is up, the simulator goes back to its screensaver.
The Getting started list
The first time you arrive in NEXUS, a welcome screen offers a two-minute tour: Take the tour (2 min), or Later. After that, the Getting started pill, at the bottom right of every page, opens a list of eleven steps in three chapters: Install, Operate, Sell and engage.
- Each step ticks itself off, based on what you have actually done.
- Show me takes you to the right page and points out the buttons to use, one by one. For Configure the simulator, it shows the IGNITION screens to follow on the simulator's PC.
- Hide removes the pill. The list stays in your account menu, above Help; on mobile, in the More menu.
When everything is done, the list announces Your center is ready and the pill disappears.
Troubleshooting
