What's new
Recent changes to NEXUS and IGNITION that change what you see or what you do.
This page lists, from most recent to oldest, the changes that affect how you run your center. Invisible fixes are not listed.
Single plan — October 21, 2026
- A single plan, All-inclusive. It includes every NEXUS and IGNITION feature, with no limit on simulators, and a price per simulator that goes down from 5 and then from 10 simulators. See What the All-inclusive plan includes.
- No more Omnisim fees on your sales. Only the Stripe fees are deducted from your online payments. See Track and refund a payment.
NEXUS — October 2026, second batch
Live since October 20, 2026.
- Center time zone. It is chosen when the center is created, with its languages, and changed in Settings › Center. The dates of challenges, the dashboard and the date filters now follow this time zone. See Set up your center.
- Country locked after Stripe. Once your Stripe account is connected, a center's country can no longer be changed. Renaming a center shows a warning before saving.
- New simulator statuses. Simulators distinguishes Powered off (energy schedule), License inactive and Free access. See Monitor your simulators live.
- Close Assetto Corsa remotely. New AC column in Simulators. Standby is no longer possible during a race.
- Log completed. Lock, unlock, standby on and standby off now appear, maintenance shows its direction, and a command QR code goes from Scanned to Success or Failure. The page is open to the Technician role. See Track interventions.
- Dashboard. Sessions counts the sessions played; the NET no longer subtracts promotions a second time; Active challenges only counts challenges that have started. See Read the dashboard.
- Transactions in the Pro plan. PDF ticket bundles (issuing and list) remain reserved for the Ultimate plan. The Net column of transactions gives what you receive, fees and refunds deducted. See What the All-inclusive plan includes.
- Bulk content. Activate all and Deactivate all on the Cars, Tracks and Weather pages. The pages now only list the content installed on your simulators, and a simulator always keeps at least one car and one track. See Choose the cars and tracks offered.
- Challenges. New Show valid laps only option; the Participants counter follows the leaderboard; four challenges running at most per center. See Create a challenge.
- Display. Opening the page on several centers no longer changes their loop, and the TV screen recovers on its own after an outage. See Show content on a center screen.
- Screensaver. The Black option is replaced by Default, which shows the Omnisim visual. Switching between Video and Image removes the file of the wrong type. No music and IGNITION default music become two separate choices. See Customize the simulators' screensaver.
- Search by email in Sessions and Drivers.
- Archiving a center. Its simulators go out of service and their licenses are freed; the confirmation gives the figures. When it is unarchived, the licenses come back up to the limit of your subscription. See Set up your center.
- Booking page logo. Without a center logo, the page uses the account's.
- "Offline" alerts. They follow the energy schedule, weekends included: a simulator switched off by the schedule does not alert before the next scheduled shutdown, a sleeping simulator that does not come back alerts 10 minutes after the wake time.
- Content sharing outside your plan. It is paused without deleting anything and resumes with the plan; a simulator removed by hand from a share does not come back. See Share content between simulators.
NEXUS — October 2026
Live since October 18, 2026.
- Promotions checked again at payment. A promo code is checked again when the customer pays, not only when they enter it. See Create a promotion.
- Billing reserved for administrators. The Billing page is no longer accessible to users. See Administrators and users.
- Online sales tied to Stripe. Online sales are only possible once your Stripe account is connected. See Connect your Stripe account.
- QR code disabled on full refund. Fully refunding a payment disables the QR code the customer received. See Track and refund a payment.
- Time slots in center time. The times offered on the booking page follow the center's time zone, whatever the customer's. See Publish your booking page.
- Installer in the setup wizard. The wizard offers the IGNITION download directly. See Install IGNITION.
- Number of simulators at sign-up. Account creation asks for the number of simulators to equip. See Subscribe.
- Translated sign-in errors. The error messages of the sign-in page are shown in your language.
- Deactivated simulator. A simulator you have deactivated no longer takes back its seat when IGNITION restarts.
IGNITION 1.5.2 — coming soon
- Alt + Del shortcut. Each Alt + Del is recorded in the Log, origin Simulator: Unlock (keyboard), Lock (keyboard) and Free access reset (keyboard). See The player's journey at the simulator.
IGNITION 1.5.1 — October 20, 2026
- Free access. The end date of a Free access QR code is respected. Unticking Free-access mode locks the simulator immediately, and each switch is recorded in the Log. The player sees their results at the end of the session. See Use a simulator in free access.
- Maintenance. A customer ticket scanned during maintenance is refused without being charged, and unlocking from NEXUS no longer ends maintenance. See Show a maintenance screen.
- Standby. A simulator on standby turns its screen back on as soon as a ticket unlocks it.
- Scheduled shutdown. A simulator that is busy at the scheduled time goes to sleep as soon as it becomes free again, until the wake time (until midnight in ⏻ Shut down mode). In ⏻ Shut down mode, it appears Powered off. At the scheduled wake-up, the screen turns back on by itself and a standby set from NEXUS is lifted.
- Update screen. While an update is being installed, the simulator shows "IGNITION update in progress" instead of the Windows desktop. It appears for updates started from 1.5.1 onwards: the update to 1.5.1 itself still shows the desktop for 30 seconds to 1 minute. See Update IGNITION.
- Default weather. When the player does not choose the weather, the simulator uses the weather starred in Weather. See Choose the weather offered.
- Multiplayer. Beyond 11 guests, the simulator shows "Lobby full" instead of failing at the start. See Start a multiplayer race.
- Results screen. It stays on screen for its full 15 seconds.
- Center closed. The simulator of an archived center shows "Center closed — this simulator is no longer in service" and rejects any scan.
- Screensaver. Default mode, a center that was never set up or a mode without a file show the Omnisim visual; an unreadable video gives way to this visual rather than a black screen; the booking QR code panel is translated into the center's languages; the menu music follows No music and Menu volume.
- Labels. The Race mode is now translated in every language (in French, it is now called Course).
- Launch failure. A message is shown on screen and the simulator goes back to the start of the journey, instead of a window that had to be closed with the mouse.
- Thumbnails. The thumbnail of a car or a track is replaced when its preview image changes.
- 13 languages. The installer and the simulator texts are harmonized across all 13 languages.
IGNITION 1.4.11 — October 17, 2026
- More reliable end of session. When Assetto Corsa does not close at the end of the time, IGNITION stops it after 10 seconds. An anonymous session no longer opens after a finished game.
- Automatic start. The start click on the pit screen is detected better: the race no longer stays stuck before the start.
- Longer loading tolerated. A track has 80 seconds to load before IGNITION stops Assetto Corsa.
- On-screen selection. The hovered card no longer lights up if it is not selected.
- Update postponed. An update is no longer installed while Assetto Corsa is running.
IGNITION 1.4.10 — October 17, 2026
- Assetto Corsa always in the foreground. A quick double press at launch could leave IGNITION displayed in front of the game, menu music included. The launch now always hands over to the game.
- Transition video removed. The game starts directly after the summary.
- Starting without video codecs. IGNITION no longer stops at startup on a new simulator that does not have the video codecs.
