Apply your logo and colors
Set your account's logo and each center's logo, choose the public colors, and know which one appears on the simulators, the booking page, the leaderboards and the emails.
Your customers see your brand in three places: on the simulators' screen, on your public pages (booking, calendar, leaderboard) and in the emails that carry their QR codes. This page explains which logos and colors you set, and where each one appears.
Two logos, two sets of colors

Set the account logo
Open Settings › Administration, Brand block, and click Change on the Logo row.
Upload your file: jpg, png, webp or svg, 5 MB at most. An image larger than 1,024 pixels on a side is reduced automatically before upload.

In Settings › Organization › Centers, click the center's Edit pencil, then the logo thumbnail. Choose a PNG or JPG file of 5 MB at most, then click Save. See Set up your center.
Choose the center's colors
Select the center or centers in the sidebar, open Settings › Center, PUBLIC THEME block, and set the Theme (◑ Dark or ◐ Light), the Primary color and the Secondary color.
Result
The sheet's banner shows ✓ SAVED. Online simulators take the new colors within a few seconds; public pages, the next time they load.

Choose on whose behalf emails are sent
In Settings › Administration, Brand block, set Individual QR emails and Ticket bundle emails:
- your account name: the email carries the account's name and logo, with the list of centers where the QR code is valid;
- Center name: the email carries the center's name and its logo (failing that, the account's).
A QR code or booklet valid at several centers is always sent in the account's name.
Good to know
- The account colors do not color the simulators. They style NEXUS; the simulators follow their center's public theme.
- Several centers selected: a changed color is written to all the selected centers. To give each center a different color, select them one by one.
- A new logo reaches the simulators at their next sync: within 5 minutes, or at their next lock.
- A center's logo is also used for tickets printed in a PDF ticket bundle: hence PNG and JPG as the only formats. See Print a PDF ticket bundle.
Troubleshooting
