Manage your Omnisim billing
Subscribe, change the number of simulators, manage your card and download your Omnisim invoices.
The Billing page is about your Omnisim subscription, not your customers' payments. There you set up your subscription, manage your card and find your invoices.
Subscribe
Complete the billing address
An invoice must carry your address: subscribing remains closed as long as it is missing. In Billing, Billing information block, click Complete, then fill in Legal name, Address, Postal code and City.
In the European Union, the Intra-community VAT number is mandatory: your invoices are then issued without VAT, under reverse charge. It is checked against the European VIES register.
Set up the subscription
In Billing, choose Monthly or Yearly, then set the number of Simulators with − and +. The All-inclusive plan card shows the price per simulator and per month, and the total.
Pay
Click Subscribe under the plan, accept the terms if they are presented to you, then pay with our payment provider.
Result
"Subscription activated." is shown. The Subscription block shows your plan with the status Active, the number of simulators, the amount and the date of the Next charge.
During the free trial
Subscribing during the trial charges nothing on the same day: you keep your trial days and the first charge takes place at the end of the trial, with no interruption of service.
Change the number of simulators
In the Subscription block, click Edit, choose the new number of simulators, then:
- upgrade: the difference is charged immediately, prorated. The amount is shown before you Confirm and pay.
- downgrade: the reduction applies immediately to the number of authorized simulators, without a refund of the period already paid. The new price applies at the next renewal.
Manage your card
In Payment method, click Add a card, then Save card. To change the card that is charged, click Use this one under the new one. The card that is charged cannot be deleted if it is the only one and a subscription is running: add another one first.
Download your invoices
The Invoice history block lists your invoices with their period, their amount and their status. Click a row's PDF link to download it.
Free a simulator seat
Each active simulator takes a seat in your subscription. In the Devices block, click Deactivate to free the seat of a simulator you no longer use.
Archiving a center also frees the seats of its simulators: they appear with the Center archived badge. When the center is unarchived, they take their seats back automatically if any are left in your subscription. Archiving does not reduce the number of simulators billed: adjust it yourself. See Set up your center.
Cancel the subscription
Click Cancel subscription. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period; you can click Reactivate until then.
When the subscription ends, the IGNITION license is revoked: your simulators no longer start, and your public pages (booking, leaderboard, display) become unavailable.
Good to know
- At the end of a trial without a card, access stops and the simulators no longer start. Subscribe before the date shown in the banner to avoid any interruption.
- A declined charge suspends access immediately (status Past due): NEXUS only gives access to Billing, and your simulators no longer start. Update your card to restore service.
- The billing country sets your currency and your VAT regime. It cannot be changed from NEXUS: contact us if it is incorrect.
