Publish your booking page
Prepare your public booking page, find its address and show its QR code on your simulators.
Each center has a public booking page where your customers choose a product, pay for it and receive their QR code by email. It is ready as soon as three things are in place.
Get the page ready
As long as something is missing, a banner at the top of NEXUS says so: "Your booking page is not ready. Still missing: …".
Publish your terms and conditions
In Settings › Booking, Legal documents block, fill in Terms and Conditions of Use: paste the address of your online terms, or click Upload a PDF (10 MB at most). Do the same for the Privacy policy: it is not required, but your customers read it on the page.
The setting applies to all the centers selected in the sidebar.
Put at least one product on sale
Create a product that is active and Visible on the booking page for each center. See Sell a session.
Result
The banner disappears. On the page, the customer chooses a simulator type, a product, enters their username and email, ticks "I have read and accept the terms and conditions", then clicks BOOK to pay.

In Products, click Booking at the top of the page: choose a center to open its page, or All centers for a page that groups all your centers. The page opens in a new tab; copy its address from the browser bar.

Show the booking QR code on the simulators
In Settings › IGNITION, turn on Booking QR code. The screensaver of each simulator then shows a QR code that leads to the booking page, with the simulator's simulator type already chosen.

Good to know
- If your subscription is no longer active, or if the center is archived, the page shows "Online booking currently unavailable" and no payment is possible.
- On the All centers page, if your centers have different terms and conditions, only those of the first center are offered. Publish the same terms everywhere, or share each center's page instead.
